Coconut trees are palms that grow up to 30 metres high, known as the tree of live because of their huge varity of use, they grow throughout the tropics.

Coconut has been known as the basic ingredient
in Thai Foods for centuries. It can be used in main dishes,
desserts and appetizers. Coconut plays a signifficant
role in the Thai cooking. Mature coconut meat is used for preparing
coconut milk which is an important ingredient in many Thai dishes,
white, the younger meat is used for making dessert.
Even tip of coconut tree is also sued in curry and stir-fried
dishes. Coconut leaf is the best quality food wrap and provides
nice aroma to foods upon grilling or steaming.
